Body Balancing is our unique
method of helping the body function at its optimal capabilities. No two humans are built the same, yet we ask similar things from
our bodies. The human body needs to be able to bend, reach, squat, twist, walk, run, jump, deal with gravity, deal with
impacts, balance, relax, and be painfree.
Some people take matters into their own hands by using a cadre of practitioners
to meet their needs. Practitioners such as massage therapists, vitamin store associates, chiropractors, personal trainers,
and the internet to name a few. The problem with this approach is that each practitioner looks at you from their own perspective, rather
than from an integrated viewpoint. And clients don't often have the luxury of seeing all of these practitioners at
one time.

The BodyBalancing Program simultaneously addresses Core Stability, Flexibility, Structural
Alignment, Balance, Functional Mobility, and Movement Quality. It is suitable for anyone who wants their body to feel better
and work better. You won't believe how good you can feel!
The initial session includes an assessment that determines your most significant
needs and a program of two to six sessions is then developed. One-on-one sessions usually last for One hour but can be longer
if required.
